In addition to its distribution activities, Flow Valves Sp. z o.o. is also a manufacturer of advanced fire protection systems. Our in-house design facilities and extensive engineering expertise have enabled us to develop a system based on CP-PAK series control panels and PP series actuating devices, representing a breakthrough solution in the field of fire protection.
Fire Protection System Based on CP-PAK Control Panels and PP Actuating Devices – A Comprehensive Fire Safety Solution
The fire protection system based on CP-PAK series control panels and PP series actuating devices has been designed for use in fixed firefighting systems installed in industrial facilities, particularly for the protection of storage tanks located at fuel depots.
It is the first system of its kind in Poland to be certified by CNBOP, meeting stringent regulatory and technical standards. The certification process lasted four years, confirming the highest levels of quality, reliability, and operational safety. As of July 2025, the system has been covered by a patent application procedure.
PP Series Actuating Devices
An integral part of the system is the PP series actuating devices. These are specialized shut-off and control valves designed for operation in fixed firefighting systems.
Thanks to their robust design and precision manufacturing, PP series butterfly valves provide:
- long-term tightness and resistance to wear,
- full control over the flow of the medium,
- compatibility with electric or manual actuators,
- a wide range of nominal diameters – from DN 50 to DN 350.
